Know Your Neighbor
If you know your neighbor’s communities, you can influence their policy
E.g. Bias them against a link by telling them it is a peer as opposed to a customer
This is better than AS prepend hacks
It is good to tell your neighbors what communities you accept MCI did so in RFC 1998
This must be negotiated with your neighbor
